MH walls/insulation aren't very thick and the sun beating down can really put the AC's to the test. Having said that at 80 deg. I would expect having both units on at 80 deg you should get plenty enough cooling. I have a 35 foot MH with 2 - 13,500 btu and at 80 can get really cold in the MH but as it gets hotter out they can't keep up. A recent camping trip it was over 100 deg. out and I was running both roof units and fired up that big V10 engine and ran the dash air as well, I will be upgrading ti 15,000 btu units soon..
