Alignment

What's the going rate for an alignment on a two axle Georgetown and where is a good place to get it done?

I would recommend going to a truck repair shop, they will have the facilities to handle this size of vehicle. Our local Ford dealership can do the medium duty truck servicing but couldn't do alignments.

We have a local Cummins facility that is part of the Coachcare network, I take our RV there for servicing of both the engine\drivetrain and generator. They can do other repairs except body work, and I'm sure could do an alignment.

I can't help with costs, sorry. We had our coach aligned within a few months and it was covered under the Forest River warranty. Our dealership doesn't do alignments, but took it to the truck service center next door that they work with and took care of everything, I never saw the bill.

I used a Ford commercial truck shop. It cost me about $125 for the front axle.

Thanks everyone. I did check all my local Ford dealers and none could handle a vehicle this large. Found a medium duty truck dealer in Denver to do the job. They have quoted $80 - $95. I hope there are no surprises!

I just had my alignment done at a Rush medium duty truck dealership. Great folks and price was only $86. Tech took me for a test drive and shared lots of great information. I think they have locations around the country. Check them out.

i took mine to a ford dealer who sub let it out to a local large Truck service center and they did a great job on it as its a lot tighter now. make sure they check the rear axle alignment on the frame. Mine was out and am in the process now of getting ford to fix it. My alignment cost 320 dollars i know that was pricey but i am supposedly being reimbursed by Forrest River for it as the MH was brand new and out of alignment bad
