Another Inside Door Handle Broke

Not sure if this is the same door handle ramair was having issues with in previous post but had ours break this weekend also. Fortunately I noticed it as I was coming in the MH, but if we had been inside would not have been able to open the door from the inside. Attached are pics of the issue on mine and temporary fix until I can replace.
The first two pictures are the handle itself showing the broken part that is supposed to pull in the latch. The last shows the door after I removed the handle to allow access so we could operate the latch manually from the inside. Might help somebody in the future if they have this issue.

Looks familiar my handles we're not broken in was internal. Would take pictures but with it all jacked up from drilling would not be able to tell anything. Funny how this is number 2 so far. Glad you caught it before you were inside. Also there were once 3 screws which held the inside cover on. Hard part was the dam screen door made access hard.
