Thats a delamination betreen the two layers of glass and the plastic sheet that is in between them.If it "runs" and gets into your sight line the ins should get you a new one.

Thanks trbomax so It could get worst? Then I might as well get it replaced now right?

Don't act too fast. Have one of those mobile windshield repair services take a look to see if there is anything that may be done to save it.....

Melsone404 thanks, i just noticed it this Morning. The mobile windshield guy was here the day before to fixe a rock chip.

From my understanding it could get worse but would not travel in to the line of sight because it is only around the edge where the black is then transitions to the circles then nothing. Check with your class guy but I don't think there is anything that can be done and if its not effecting sight or anything then ins may not replace.
