Anyone seen the 270S?

I'm interested in the floorplan of the Georgetown 270S. The Camping World near me shows one on order so I should get to see one eventually. While I wait, has anyone seen it and would like to provide their observations?

From the overhead floorplan I'm interested in whether it is easy to round the corner to the king bed and if the dinette cuts off access to the front seats when the slide is in. Any observations on quality, livability etc are also appreciated.

I'm going to be comparing it to the Thor Hurricane 27K so any observations that compare and contrast are helpful. I'm not yet sure where I'll see a 27K as I can't find one on order near me.
