Batteries won't charge

Hello Rv'ers,

I'm having an issue with my coach batteries in my 07 34SE,

I am plugged into 20amp, ( all have at my house) and my batteries are still empty. The batteries are new, The lights and text is on in my microwave, but other than that I can't even tell I'm plugged in ?

Can anyone give me some advise ?

Thanks much!!!!!

Microwave runs off of 110V AC. Lights, fans etc run off battery 12V. You said Batteries are good. Are you sure? Do you have a disconnect switch? If yes is it on? Check the large fuses in the breaker panel they connect convertor to Battery if blown you can have issues.

Take a voltage reading at the batteries with the 20 amp power disconnected. Then plug in. The voltage at the batteries should rise. If not, trace back to the converter/charger.

Your battery disconnect, as mentioned, needs to not be in the disconnect mode. The bar lights in the disconnect switch will illuminate even though the batteries are disconnected (typical Georgetown disconnect switch). To make sure actuate the switch to the not disconnect position. Just a thought.
