Do you mean power port? Which one? Or actual cigarette lighter? Where is is located? If its up front in the dash, that is chassis battery. If its in the coach section its coach battery.

good question. The BCC has fuses for a lot of things like power seats, etc. I know the fuse is in a in-line fuse holder right under the cigarette lighter. Don't ask me how I know.

No. It is powered thru the Ford fuse block under the dash which is hooked up to the engine battery
