Ok so battery not charging after new fuse and new fuse was toast this morning when I checked it. Everything worked just fine before dropping it off for 6 weeks....any other ideas to trouble shoot? I'll be driving to Florida next week so if that long of a charge will bring them up to where the converter will start working then great...but worried if I lose 12v could be a pain and then some.

if...you have a Progressive Dynamics converter and...if you replaced one of the fuses above the output leads, according to their technical support documentation the ONLY thing that will blow these fuses is hooking up the batteries with polarity reversed.

I would put a voltmeter on the output leads with the converter turned off and confirm that the positive is in fact the battery positive. Do this with the batteries connected (disconnect switch turned on.)

Then turn off the batteries and replace the fuse and confirm that you have at least 13.2 volts coming from the converter with the batteries disconnected.

Hard to believe batteries have been hooked up all year and now a problem..no reason dealer would have done anything battery related. It is progressive dynamics 9200 series.

I don't have a way to determine what's leaving converter where I am at. Will take to dealer on way out and leave there, any reason this wouldn't be warranty issue?

I guess that question can only be answered by your dealer as it could be caused by many different things. If you have a good dealer you're probably in good shape, if not, who knows how they will "spin" the problem.

If the converter is bad it could still be under warranty. Reverse polarity fuses would be doubtful.
