Best deal on a new 364TS or 36B5?

Looking at purchasing a new Georgetown. Anyone have insight on the best deal for either a 364TS or the new 36B5?

Haven't seen 36B5...but I got best deal on 364TS at motorhomes to go in Grand Rapids, MI. They beat RV directs pricing which is pretty competitive. Beat all local guys by a long ways and anyone else I found nationwide.

Looks like MHSRV of Texas has the 364TS for 110,000

I just looked at the vidio tour and some are listed just below 100,000. They are all 2017.

Don't know if you would be interested but I have a 2016 364TS that I am going to be selling in mid May. My mom and I are going to Royals spring training and then up to see her sister in WA but then will be back in KC and she's 83 and just can't do the traveling in the motorhome anymore. She broke her hip and then had a stroke and the stairs are tough on her so I'm going to have to let the coach go. It will have probably about 6000 miles on it by then. It's a great floor plan. We love the 2 full bathrooms. PM me if you have interest. Good luck in your search.

That's the floor plan I like too. We have twin girls and maybe more someday. I have some great offers out there on new ones. If you have a good price we could buy before you even list it.
