There's a number of companies that make good bike racks that are hitch mounted. Even cheapie ones are ok. There's no truck to open back there so no need for tilting and folding systems unless you want to also use it on your car or truck.
We have a ladder mounted rack for two bikes. It has fold away arms to allow access to the roof once the bikes are out of the way. Forgot the name, but easily found on the net. Manufacturer may be stromberg or Carlson
