We had the same issue with ours, a 2010 Silverback. The valve is located in the bathroom under the sink, just have to unscrew the fittings and turn the valve around, reattach the fittings, been good since.

I found it under the bathroom sink and YES - it was installed backwards - problem solved. Thanks everyone.
