Black tank flush

I HAVE A 2012 378 XL,stop at RV park on way back home, dump black tank, went to flush but the water from flush wont go into tank.Has any one have this happen to them? Have flush several times this trip and no problem. The flush water will go in at the hose , but stops before the tank.

black tank flush

Found the blockage, look like card board inside the flush at the tank.On the 378xl had to take the water heater cover panel off, then I could undo the hose and clean out the flush.

If you don't mind my asking, how did you get the water heater panel off. I have a 2014 378, and I guess that I didn't get all the water out of the black tank wash last winter, and it must of froze and cracked. I can tell because it leaks into the hot water tank area.
