If you look under the hood on the driver side ( on the right is you look in ) there is a wire harness marked for the different lights and a wire attached to vertical frame member. It seems to me that is where we need to start. When it comes to things like this I only enough to be dangerous. I'm going to take it to mechanic that I trust to check it out for me.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS.

We replaced the bulb for the right front signal light and the signal works and the camera's and display work even when the lights are on. Everything is back as it should be.
It seems the bulb must have been shorting out the camera system.
