Its should read backing up in the sink in the toilet.

I think he means, the sink(lavatory) in the Toilet Room.

All sinks are most likely plumbed to the same Grey water tank. If so, I'd say there may be a blockage, where the drain piping is connected to the Grey water tank.

If the tank is not full then it has to be one of the lines stopped up thats going to it. Check the trap first since it will probably be the easiest thing to get to. Thanks for explaining milzat because I was totally confused.

Sink Blockage

The problem is the down pipe going into the gray tank has been pushed too far down into the tank. There is no space between the end of the pipe and the bottom of the tank. The fix is to access the 2 down pipes and lift up and cut off the excess pipe. The last FR I did, the down pipes were on the Road and Curb side. Doug

I removed the front cover into the gray tank, The front cover is about 4 inches round, this then goes into the waste pipe outlet. no real water came from this.
I will try and remove the u trap on the sink in the toilet.
does anyone wash out their tanks?

Yes, I think most owners do. I always flush out the holding tanks after every trip.

Your post does not make much sense. There is NO cover to access the 2 down pipes from the sinks that is round. The down pipes from the sinks are thru the main floor into the top of the tank. Why remove the P trap??? What are you trying to accomplish by doing that? Doug
