broke down at the inlaws

my rv did not seem level so i turned it on to check the level. when i turned on the leveling system all the warning lights came on and it will not work. of course the jacks are down and i am in the drive way. any help would be greatly appreciated. does anyone know of a mobile rv repair in Jefferson city Missouri

Is it plugged in to shore power, if not the battery may be low. If no shore power available, connect to TV and turn on TV

I had a problem two weeks ago with my Bigfoot system. Mine would not retract and I had an "all up" light lit. Nothing I did would work. I called Bigfoot and talked to someone named Jim on a Sunday morning. He was very helpful and worked with me. We first unplugged the remote wire harness to "reset" the chip. That didn't work and ultimately unplugged and plugged in the full wire harness in the back of the main box under the seat. It ended up that the main wire harness had come out a slight amount. After plugging the harness everything worked perfectly.

You don't say what kind of RV you have. We had a problem with our motor homes leveling system and slides two weeks ago, I call my dealer for help, they told me to reset the breakers by the batteries, after that everything worked great.

The bad part is it broke down at the in-laws location.

Seriously, if all the lights are flashing you need to reset the system.

Please read the manual I have attached. It looks like it is in the Latch Out Mode.

I know.. I was just thinking, "man y'all are so nice". Fella in a situation like that you might be able to get him to go as high as 2 cases of beer and a pack of steaks to get him runnin again.

That would be my approach as well. "Hard" reset the system.. check wire harnesses while disconnected from all power. Even if they appear to be fully plugged in, there may be a small bit of oxidation that could be affecting a connection. Just removing the harness and plugging it back in may rectify that.

The manual extend/retract procedure in this manual is great for systems with a reversing motor. My 2011 Georgetown 327DS has a unidirectional motor/pump system which includes an additional control on the hydraulic manifold to control where the high pressure fluid is sent; to the top or the bottom of the jacks. Unfortunately, my system has had issues where a diode in the wiring harness gets fried and locks the control system in extend mode. With the system set in extend mode, the only way to retract the jacks is to drain the hydraulic fluid from the system.

Fortunately, the default position of the hydraulic control system is to retract the jacks. The control unit can be forced into this mode by disconnecting power to the solenoid that switches it into extend mode. This solenoid is located on the left side of the hydraulic control unit, below the quick flush connector.

Lippert has a replacement wiring harness for these units that resolves this problem. I burned out two harnesses before the revised one was available.

If your hydraulic control fails with this problem, your RV will rise up when you try to retract the jacks. If you notice this happening, hit the "off" button on the jack control panel or shut off the engine. Disconnect the solenoid then the jacks will retract normally. If you need to extend them again before getting them repaired, reconnect the solenoid and manually level the coach remembering that you can't retract the jacks until you unplug the solenoid again. The automatic levelling mode of operation will not work when the solenoid isn't functioning properly.

You may want to pull the control panel and make sure no wires have pulled out. We have the equalizer system and the leveling acted funky I pulled the panel and found someone had just pushed the wire into the plug after I repaired it no more problems. I don't know if you have the same system or not our unit is a Berkshire. I assume yours is a Georgetown.

Have you checked the breaker? Mine is located near battery, mounted to frame. Look for a red lever that may have piped out.

thank you for all suggestions, I reset the panel and breaker as suggested and it worked . But it continued to trip so i pulled the batteries and had them load tested and found the culprit a bad battery. thank you for the help
