Bulge in front fiberglass cap

So my GT351 been parked in Seattle for a week after coming up from Sacramento, where I picked it up brand new. Not sure if it matters, but it has full body paint.

Anyways, I noticed a big bulge in the fiberglass on the lower driver front side. It doesn't look like that spot has been hit or anything - it's bulging out. I can post a pic later if that helps.

Anybody have any ideas what's going on? Brand new coach - so we inspected it cosmetically pretty thoroughly; is it possible the Seattle climate is making that bulge happen? Should I be worried about it/can I get FR to fix it?

I suggest posting pictures of it. Nothing should be bulging out.
