Bunk over driver and passenger

Halfway home from Mesa, Ar. we noticed the screws holding the overhead bed had pulled out of the ceiling. The bed did not fall however it was slanted down. The dealer said the section of roof above the bunk will have to be removed to fix. Curious if anybody else has experienced this. Georgetown 5 Series GL15

No issues with our 2014 GT 351 model. Good luck getting that addressed

I have the same bunk over my cockpit area and have given some thought to just removing the bunk. I have no use out of it. Still thinking it over.....

Yikes! That sounds ugly. Sorry that’s happening. Let us know how you choose to address it.

I've had a couple of issues with our bunk in a '17 GT31L5 - screws came loose but not at roof, the platform came loose from the lifting mechanism and gouged the wood panels over driver. They are still trying to get some replacement wood pieces to finish the fix but the dealer installed longer screws to keep it from happening again.
