"red toggle switch"

Is the battery disconnect switch red? or is it black?

Gonna have to go with the red toggle switch as well on this one Iggy...

It's the toggle switch in question, not as mentioned the rocker battery switch. Some people use the terms interchangeable but there is a distinct difference. IGGY, you highlighted your own answer (red toggle switch).

I have a 2014 Coachmen Mirada that has a similar looking toggle switch with a red light that "turns on" when the switch is engaged.
The switch is located right above the exterior mirror controls, similar to the location of yours.
My switch engages the heated mirrors mode... the external mirrors heat up to reduce fog and clear minor snow/ice-ups.
It will be difficult to determine if this is true for your switch because I don't think that you can easily tell if the heating elements in the mirrors are working unless there is a real need for them... I don't think you can just put your hand on them and feel if they are heating up.
If your mirrors do not have the heated mirror option, then I am obviously wrong about this.

According to my service tech Marvin the Martian at Interplanetary RV Sales, it's for the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator.

I'd have to go with whoever it was that said mirror heaters. Turn it on and see if they feel warmer.

Iggy, as doc73 and bubbles have pointed out, along with you in the OP's quoted post, it appears the OP is asking about the RED toggle switch to the left of the battery boost switch.

Here is the pic again with a red arrow to the red toggle and a blue arrow to the battery boost (which by the way, the battery boost switch is the same as in your RV).

From the previous post I linked to in post #12, the red toggle appears to be to the heated mirrors.

My red switch is a small rocker style positioned just above my mirror adjustment switch. I believe what you're referring to is for your heated mirrors.

Volsfan is my wife.
The battery boost switch is to the right of the mystery switch. It looks similar to Iggy's. Checking voltage with the engine running and the switch toggled both ways read 13.6V so alternator is connected to storage batteries either way.
Hopefully we will never need to figure it out.
Thanks,
Bob

Not sure I am following your statement of never figuring it out. As several members have already stated, the toggle switch is to the heated mirrors.

It has been figured out. The mystery is solved.[emoji1]

Sorry wmtire. I didn't realize there were 4 pages of posts.
This site is fantastic, thanks to all of you people who know way more than others and provide your information so quickly and accurately.
I will confirm it operates our heated mirrors the next time it gets cold in Michigan or maybe get some condensation on my mirror with ice cubes or something.
Peace,
Bob
