Ceiling light

I have burnt out a light above the kitchen sink. Tried to remove and it doesn't want to move.. I think it turns counter clockwise, does any one know. I don't want to break it. Thanks Happy New year!

More info is needed. There are probably hundreds of different type of lights.

What style of light? Are you trying to remove the bulb, the lens, or what?

I have a 2012 Georgetown 350 ts. I have replaced one before and just could not get this one out and thought I was doing it wrong.

I think the light over the sink is one of the smaller ones. If it is, the glass does not twist out. The whole assembly including the chrome ring twist together.

I finally got it, I used a strap wrench like you would use to change an oil filter. I found a small one with a rubber strap, man that thing was tight. Thanks for the help everyone! Dick
