change lightbulb

how many rv,ers does it take to change a bulb
now i,ll be specific i have a round spot light above the kitchen sink i checked the switch got voltage i have tried twisting and prying but can not get it apart any suggestions????

I hope it works as mine would not come out and had to pry and then put back in in new screw holes, I am going to change to different type, I am going to go to the factory that made the fixture, and look at a different type. rite now the lenses is broken and I will replace when I can find a different one. good luck.
