Changing lightbulb

We have a 2010 330 Georgetown with flush mount ceiling lights, 4 of them in a row. One has burnt out does anyone know how to get access to change the bulb. Do you just turn the glass or what. We tried turning the glass but it won't move. Maybe we are to weak, or are doing something wrong. Suggestions welcome.

Lite/bulb access

I also found access to the light bulbs almost impossible. In the end I found the best way, is to place in the palm of my hand a small piece of that rubberized non-slip material used in cupboards and then place the palm against the glass cover and turn.

I not sure if it is clockwise or counter clockwise, my guess is counter clockwise to open. (My MH is in storage)

I hope this helps.
