Checking tires ???

On our Georgtown341ds, it appears that there is one valve stem protruding from the center of the rim on the dual wheels. How do you go about accessing the valve stem (to check pressure) on the inner tire? Or, as I suspect,, is it a case of crawling around on the ground to get behind the outer wheel?

I use a dual head chuck on an air inflator/gauge similar to this.

I own a dually and one of my HUGE peaves whenever I have tire work done is making sure the outside wheel is clocked correctly to allow me access to the inside wheel's valve stem. There is only ONE clocking position on my truck that allows access to the inside valve stem unless you are double jointed and Über skinny. You may just have a clocking issue and need to remove the outer wheel and turn it until access is easier.

I had my dealer install valve stem extenders - makes it very easy to check air and refill.
