So you are missing a lugnut and the chrome cap?
I have been tolt that the caps can be bought at many of the larger truck stops. Flying J, Petro, etc. I have also seen them at Walmart Auto section.

Now the lug nut you can check at the truck stop also maybe a local tire shop that works on big trucks tires.

Good luck

PS The lugnuts are torques to 150 ft lbs

We lost one within the first few thousand miles.

We looked at Camping World x2, United RV, Voght RV, Walmart, etc.
None had the lug nut for the 22.5” rim, all of them (except WalMart) had the 19” nut.

FYI it’s not really a lug nut it’s a nut that goes on top of the real lug nut.

I tried to explain to the parts person at Voght that the Tiffin motor home they sell used the same nut.
She was very confused and said she might get us one if I would give her our vin#.
I gave her a vin# from one of their Tiffin mh’s but she said it would take 2 weeks…

We were leaving in a couple of days so ended up at Motor Home Specialist http://www.mhsrv.com/ .
Where we bought the 360 , the service writer gave us one.

Replacement Lugnut and Chrome Cap

I dealt with this on my Georgetown 350. The lug nut and chrome cap are sold as a set. The manufacturer is Kaper II, Inc. 2212 Parrott Way Kelso, WA 98626. Tel - 360-423-4404, email: info@Kaper2.com

I ordered 3 sets (wanted a couple of extra). Cost was $7.90 per set. The part number I ordered was L-225 (note that I have 22.5" wheels). I just called the Company and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helped me figure out what I needed. I seem to recall that I actually emailed her a picture of my wheel so she could identify the correct part since I did not have a part number when I called.
