Clarion VX401 and Sirius Radio

We have a 2013 Georgetown 378XL.
1. Is there a Sirius receiver installed in these coaches? The VX401 touchscreen responds as if there is but when I follow the prompts to get the Sirius ID code, nothing happens. Is that function internal or does it come off the Sirius satellite?

2. The Clarion VX401 is stuck in the "AV IN" mode. Anytime the TV is on, TV audio is put out through surround sound. Touchscreen "button" turned it on--will not turn it off. Reset did not help.

Any ideas out there?? Thanks in advance!
