CO Detector battery change in 328TS

My CO detector, which is over the bed in my 328TS, is beeping. It probably needs a battery change. I'm not sure how to get it open to change them. The unit is in a shell that covers the edge of the battery box (see attached picture). Has anybody had to change batteries in this unit who could give me some pointers?

Thanks.

It twists off. Just grab the whole detector and spin it counterclockwise.

Figured it out. Mine doesn't twist off. The install wasn't done correctly. The mounting bracket has a cutout for the battery door, but the installer assembled it with the battery door covered by the bracket. I had to remove the three screws holding the bracket to the ceiling and twist the detector into the correct alignment. Sloppy workmanship.
