compartment door skin separation

I have a 2012 Georgetown 329 and I am having a problem with my compartment doors. On the inside of the doors, five of them have bulges in them. It appears that there has been a failure of the adhesive that holds the skin to the inside filler. I think the filler in the door is a Styrofoam type of material. Challenger door (the manufacture of the doors) told me that they are out of warranty and want me to pay for new doors. THATS ridiculous .The coach is three years old and has 10,000 miles on it. It also looks like everything is pop riveted together. Anyone have any suggestions ??
