To have a movie playing on the dash I'm going to use one of the outputs from the head unit and connect it to the input on the camera's LCD. I also need to find the ground wire that disables video while the coach is on drive.
Did you upgrade the amp...if you can call it that!
2014 Sub Radio Problems
Thanks for that link. I actually did not even know there was an amp. It must be way tucked up there because I did not find it.
In my new set up the front is powered by the head unit and the 6X9's use the head unit amp power so all I did was replace the head unit and add the two speakers.
For the living area the sound bar is amplified. With the sound bar, wireless sub, TV and DVD player that is the entire system. It sounds great.
Basically they are now 2 separate systems and I am not using the stock rook mounted speakers. Lastly I do not have video up front like you are talking about but that is a good idea.
