converter/charger location

I hope this is not a repeat, I hit a key and all dissapeared, so here goes again. I have a 2007 350DS bunk model. I am trying to locate the converter/charger but have never heard a cooling fan operate. If anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate it very much.
Is it possible for the unit to be intermittent or will either be good or bad?

Look in the very rear inside the compartment where the cord enters the coach. You will see a single receptacle back there with a cord plugged in. Mine is mounted to the top of the compartment. That cord goes to the converter in the back. Here are the information pdfs for the converter.

Parallax 7400 Series Owner's Manual.pdf

Parallax 7400 Troubleshooting Flowchart.pdf

Parallax 7400productbrochure.pdf

The fuses face upwards on the unit in the back left corner of the compartment.
