"Creepy" jack, slides down (2006 Georgetown M-350DS)

Helping my son in-law who just purchased a 2006 Georgetown M-350DS and is having a problem with one jack.

When stationary, only the front left jack will slowly creep down. It reaches the ground after about 24 hours. "Retract All" will pull the jack back up.

I would really appreciate any insight as to the root cause or how I might isolate the cause.

The piston seal may be bad. When the jacks are down do you lose height on that one particular jack overnight?
I suspected my left front jack being bad, called Lippert and tech support suggested lowering the jacks and disconnecting the suspected jack's top hydraulic hose. He said if fluid comes out of the cylinder then my piston seal is bad.

I need to add I never did it. My problem was somewhere else. You may want to call them. They are really helpful.
After thinking about it they may have told me to raise the jacks all the way up, then disconnect the top hose and see if it leaks. This sounds more plausible.
Anyway just call them.

Funny. I mis-read it as disconnecting the hose after it was up. That made sense to me. Thanks for the clarification.
