If you know the manufacturer you could try their website. Or go to your local supply house and see if they can help. Big box stores probably won't have the personal with knowledge of where to look.
Don t you just love it when manufacturers have trouble with an item, stop using it, then fail to pass on a new venders name when someone has trouble? If it keeps breaking of course they have a new vender, why can t they pass it on?
