Dash radio has no power

I had my alternator burn out. After it was replaced I found a number of fuses burnt out and replaced them. The only thing that will still not work is the radio. I found a 3 amp fuse attached to the radio that was burnt out and replaced it. Still no radio. Where else should I be looking. I have the electrical layout and find no other radio fuse.

Well, since the fuse is there to protect the radio wire you may have to look for another radio. Maybe not. Is there 12 volts at the radio plug?
