Do it yourself oil changes

So this is our second MH and we love the 364 but if you do your own oil changes how do you get the fresh oil back in the motor.. That fill tube is up so high and close to the dash area it is next to impossible to get a funnel in their.. What have you found that works.. I am not paying $200 again for an oil change

I searched around my area and found a local Ford house to change the oil and filter for $52.50 with everything included.
I also found a large truck service center that did it for $12.50 if I bought the oil and filter from Walmart and brought it to them
I have ended up going to the Ford house because they are a Ford dealer

I took ours to a local Mr Tire to try out. They changed the entire oil and the invoice was around $45. It actually was cheaper than the Valvoline Care Center where I take my Toyota Mini Van. $200 is way too much!!

Now if I could just find someplace to change the oil in the generator for a not so high price.

I use qt bottles, makes life a lot easier. I've done 2 oil changes on my 364 so far. What I find more aggravating, is the drain plug is directly over the axle.

Walmart sells a flexible screw on top for QT bottles that works well. You can put the end in the filler tube before you have to tip the bottle up. They are under a dollar and red in color. Just don't screw them on to tight or they will jump a thread.

If you don't use your leveling jacks you can get an oil pan in just under the oil drain plug, haven't needed to buy any after market parts that way. Also one quart oil bottles are the easiest but you can get a 5 quart one in there if you take your time and slowly fir it in.

Aquaman, the Fumoto valves have a nipple to attach a tube and it drains right into the drain pan. No mess or stripped threads.

I am very interested in Purchasing a Fumoto valve. Do you remember what Part Number you used? I own a 2016 Georgetown 328 myself but it is the same Engine as you have. Thank you.
