Does anybody know....

I've got a 2012 Georgetown 360. I was adding the Camco 40595 Cyclone vents. I did the vent over the rear, (bathroom), and the center of the coach, (1/2 bath & kitchen).

I was about to install the third which exits the roof just above the passenger seat.

Then I started to wonder, "where does this pipe vent from??"

I've asked my dealer and he says he thinks it was a mistake.
He believes the factory drilled a hole in the roof by accident and inserted a pipe and capped it.
Any ideas?

I purchased 3 Camco vents, so I'm going to install it so they all look the same up top.

But I'm just curious.
I might remove the factory cap and stick a wire down the pipe to confirm if it's a "short" pipe with cap as he thinks....

Thanks!!

That is a dummy vent (no piping) where the coax and probably 12 volt wire is routed to for your satellite prewire. They are coiled and stowed beneath that vent. Not much of a dealer.

Just a heads up on your 2012. Check the rear stabilizer bar. I read a thread about it last year and sure enough it was lose, actually one of the bolts/nut was missing and the bar was just hanging out of the cradle on one side. Nice to have threads about stuff like that....
