We have a 2012 george town 378 with model 457915.7100 air.It has a 3 speed blower.Ours seems to blow at same speed on auto- low and high.When the heat comes on the fan blows at a slower speed.Because of fan noise in bed room has any one change so low on the wall control would run the fan at low speed.Did not get manuals for air when we got coach.Wire schematic on air conditioner but hard to see .
How do you know it is a 3 speed blower if you don't have AC manual?

I have the same rig and I thought I had a low and high fan setting for AC
yes thats a goofy thermostat. We have the same on ours. Press the bottom mode button and cycle to the fan once lit press the up button until you see either Auto, Lo, Hi.... Then press mode again until cool or heat is lit. That will select your fan speed for either one.
I could not find on dometic site.Did find on internet that it was 3 speed.Turn on heat and fan will run at low speed.May be that you need more air flow to run air conditioner.

On my 2012 378 the thermostat works as follows. keep the fan speed on AU and the unit will shut off when the set temp. is reached. It also will change fan speed as needed while cooling on AU. If you keep Low or HI the fan will run until you manually shut the unit off. There is no 3rd speed that i know of.....
