I need to replace the entry door closure bracket . It's the one that's on the top of the door itself ( not the one that attaches to the side of the mh) and connects to rod of gas closure. Has anyone ordered one of these from FR and still has the part number ?
Not the only place....but these struts are avail at Camping World stores.
Take the original one with you....they all start to look alike, but there may be markings on the unit to indicate the pounds of force.

The OP doesn't need a strut he needs the bracket that the strut attaches to. The bracket on top of the door. I had to reinforce mine with pop rivets because it was just held on with screws into the door. I drilled and added 2 pop rivets thru the door flange (from outside the door) and touched up with touch-up paint. I don't know how one would go about getting a replacement.
