Double D - 2014 Georgetown XL

Cold weather has arrived leaving shortly for south. Turned on furnace, the only heat seems to come from vents in kitchen near floor.
Am I missing something? Ceiling vents only blow cold air, no heat in bathroom or bedroom.....Please help Doug

The furnace only blows from the lower vents. if the ceiling vents are blowing also, you need to switch your fan from HI/Lo to Au.

Also, if you have a 352, 377 or 378, there are two furnaces, so you need to turn the furnace on at both thermostats.

Maybe things have changed between our rig and the newer ones........

The floor vents in ours are for heat only..........the ceiling vents are for fan or air conditioning only. We don't have a heat pump on our rig.

Just tried thermostats. How do I get aux. position? All the buttons are fan, cool, furnace, and the other side is plus and minus for temp. The bottom button selects fan, cool and furnace, but I see no aux. ?

Select the Fan, on the plus/minus temp side press up or down until the display says Au which stands for Automatic.

once selected, switch the thermostat to Furnace. only the furnace should come on. not the overhead unit. if you have 2 furnaces you will have to do this at both thermostats.
