I beleive the dealer you bought your RV from would be working through John Armstrong
jarmstrong@forestriverinc.com but you can use any Forest River dealer, they just may not be as invested in helping you as the one that made the sale commission.
For little stuff I just clear it via email with the dealership I purchased it from, then get it done at the closest repair shop to where we are, then send the reciept in for re-embursement.
