Engine won't start, levelers inop without engine on

For the second time my 2010 Georgetown 378 (on a 2008 Ford chassis and 6.8 v-10) won't start and I'm stuck in Richfield,Utah waiting for mechanic to replace starter. This rig has 25K miles and already had starter solenoid replaced at 9K miles. The jacks are down and only operate with engine running, so can't tow it. I called Lippert and they said jacks can be manually raised. But with my recent rotator cuff surgery, I can't even remove the steps to get at hydraulic pump. Hopefully it's just the starter. Oh, btw, when driving thru Las Vegas 110 degree heat, the dash air went inop and we only got hot air. The A/C compressor was replaced by Ford just last year, just past 12 month warranty. Someone once said Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily. And lastly, Onan generator only runs a couple of minutes, so that is going back for carb clean out or fuel filter. Amazing!!!

Hi Matt,

With the rig connected to the CG AC line hit the battery boost switch with the engine key to the run position. That will give you the extra power to make the leveling system retract.
