I believe it is a 20" 20lbs shock. if you still have it you can take it into your local Camping World...they have most of them in stock.

Get a 10lb from amazon,
JR Products GSNI-5300-10 Gas Spring, doesn't slam open like the 20lb version and it wont bend the bracket it's held onto the door with. It's a direct replacement.

If the plastic end came off it may be stripped out. I found a replacement end at an RV store that had a brass insert that should not strip out. Easy fix.

Any auto parts store has them. Just take it in or get the model and rating.
I replaced mine that way and finally got rid of it and put a 6" hatch stop/latch on. I like it better this way.

Front door entry piston rod

I have a 2012 Riverforest Georgetown, the piston on my entry door, also went out. I called a company in California that was on the piston with the part number. I paid over $36.00 for it. When I got it I checked to see what it was. So i order one from Amazon. To have a spare. This is the part I ordered from Amazon.
RV Designer Collection G24 20" Gas Prop - 15 lb. Capacity
Sold by: Amazon.com LLC
$16.54

Camping world only had 10 lbs and 20 lbs. My rv called for a 15 lbs.

Hope this helps you.
