Entry Door Handle/Lock

I couldn't believe we were stuck in our unit and couldn't get out (okay let the jokes start ). Fortunately a nice women was walking her dog and we were able to throw our keys out the window and she was able to get the tool box in the basement to get me a screwdriver to take the screws out of the inside of handle and we able to get free. The two prongs were stuck in the strike plate and wouldn't come free. After destroying the lock in breaking out I need to get a new handle/lock and probably would want to get a new strike plate.
I ordered one from RV Lock Keyless Entry but it was way to small and left a opening around the whole handle. Does anyone know where (besides dealer who has been useless) I can order a new one that fits our unit...2015 Georgetown 270s.

The one in my 2016 364TSF is made by Trimark. Check out their webpage.

We waited a long time to get our replacement lock from Forest River, but as it turns out they were selling them on Amazon and so we got a spare for the inevitable next time.

Do you have the Amazon replacement number. I couldn't find the correct one?

I bought from them directly and they are very reasonable but you have to call in and ask for parts. Make sure you have the part number.

Mine is not accessible to look for a part number but I think this Trimark one is pretty standard and fits most MHs - it sure looks just like it. But best to call and make sure it works for your model. The new one is holding up much better and we are smarter about making sure door is pushed/pulled in before yanking on it. Just that little bit of out of alignment really torques it apparently.

Yes but we are leveled and when autoed level we're high off ground. Not only a long way down but if I didn't get the door opened we didn't have a ladder to climb back in.
I'll call these other places and make sure that it matches the OEM...thanks
