I was able to get a replacement from Forest River without any hassle. The new unit is similar to the other and still made by Trimark so we'll see in the long run!

Just had my second one fail last Thursday on my 2015 GT 364. (Last one in April of this year.) I reported it on the NHTSA web site as suggested earlier in this thread. Trimark wouldn't admit to anything although they have got to know this is happening. Getting locked inside a camper, especially if it were a child, could be disastrous!

This is a very serious issue and I beg everyone to file a NHTSA report. The more reports we get increases the chances for a recall. The design is faulty and the manufacturer needs to replace these with a safer design before someone gets killed.

Bought a spare replacement I keep with me.
Keep tools inside if breaks while inside
Leave window unlocked if breaks while outside

Have to do what I have to do until manufacturer makes fix

Update: Monday TriMark ask me to ship the original lock that failed in April 2016 back to them at their expense; Tweety's is replacing the second one that failed last week free of charge since it is still under a one year warranty. As a minimum, I am now keeping a phillips screwdriver inside the coach.

Mine just broke lady night. Ours is Bauer unit.
Called Bauer today and ordered a new complete set. $45. Since it is 3 yeasts old it will not be covered under warranty. Bummer

I have replaced three of these locks. Two on my old MH and one on this one about 6 months after I bought it.
Since then I give the latch mechanism and the metal latch on the door a shot of silicone spray every other month or so to try to keep it moving freely.
Don't know exactly what is causing them to break, (besides cheap components), But knock on wood I haven't had any problems since.
