I have a 2014 377XL bought new in 11/14. Purchased the extended warranty for 5 years. Took the coach in for a A/C problem to find out the unit is toasted. The warranty folks visited the unit and agreed to replacement with the following. Dometic makes the unit that Georgetown uses but they now sell the heat strip as a separate part. Because the part is different the thermostat must also be replaced. Therefore the warrenty company will only cover the unit and not the stat Or the heat strip or the shipping.. So after $225.00 I can be back in business...oh but wait the Domatic unit is back ordered until 7/11.
