Extra hidden storage

Looking for my fresh water drain I stumbled on some hidden storage. Behind the passenger rear wheel is a small rectangular hatch in there is a black panel with two access ports behind those is the fresh water pump. I started to remove the black panel by taking mounting screws loose on the bottom and left side of panel. In trying to remove the panel I noticed instead of taking it out the left side can be bent back revealing a 12"x12"x 9' area. I bent the panel back until it touched the water tank mount put a screw thru the panel into wood mount. Then went to lowes bought a 1'x12' low pile indoor outdoor carpet to put in the compartment to cover insulating/soundproof material and walla! pics below.

I also have a 335DS, never have taken that cover off to really see what was behind
it. Now i know, thanks to you siskom.

One thing to keep in mind here is that bay has the arctic pack warming blankets in it to keep the water pump and tanks from freezing. Putting carpet over that may not cause an issue but have to wonder if anything may happen if you use the arctic pack. Your in Florida so you many never use the arctic pack or maybe don't even have that option installed. I do in mine and use it when camping during the colder months.
