Factory repair

We all hear Lotta problems with ForestRiver and yes I have had my share of problems with my Georgetown 2015 355 DS. My MotorHome has just returned from the factory having the roof replaced but what suppressed me was I asked if they could check out a few problems I was having and they did Plus found a few problems I didn’t know about and fix them. The service department went through the MotorHome checking everything and fixing anything that they found not working. All this would have not happened if it hadn’t been for Mr.Celestine Lopez and the people in the service department. Mr. Lopez keep me updated with what they were doing and the problems they were having. Thank you ForestRiver.

We had the same experience with our trip to the Forest River Cedar Creek factory when we owned a 5th wheel. This convinced us to stay with Forest River when we bought our Georgetown motor home.

How long did they keep your unit and did you work through your state rep. I’m from Texas and have a FR rep. For the state. That is good news they took care of it.

Does anyone know of someone who handles the Hyper Lite toy haulers. I see Mr Clemens handles Dynamax. Thanks for any info.

They had it around 3 weeks. I told them they could have it as long as they need it because I wasn’t going to be using it until after winter. I was going through Mr. Celestino Lopez with the warranty department at Elkhart, IN. He has help me so much.

Forest River factory service is awesome....go to the rally....they are incredible....fix everything....NO CHARGE, !!!

Forest river has always been responsive, the dealer not so much but okay. Service techs at the rally are superb.

Hi all I we have a George Town 377 Black Diamond 2015 and had from new in 15, we have been to the rally the last two years and I can not say enough about the fabulous service and support you get from the techs and all the people at FR. We have never left disappointed and can not say what a fabulous job they do at the rally and anytime I call them. I am a FR loyalist to the product line.
