Assuming it's your main switchblade type breaker is the coach battery low on charge? Is the engine running?

I would hold one of the cables going to the circuit breaker and feel if it gets warm or hot while someone is operating the jacks. If you have an amp meter check out how many amps is the hydraulic pump is pulling. It could also be the breaker itself.
Also, if it does throws the breaker after a few second I would suspect a short, bad motor or breaker as some possibilities.

Just a thought,
Could it be possible one one or more of the shafts on the feet are dry causing them to bind? Maybe spraying some silicone spray or cleaner might help if this is the cause.
My BIL had trouble with the breaker tripping on his MH trying to raise the jacks and this was the issue

That would also be a possibility. One of my slide out cylinder is sticking and jerking as it extends and retracts. (A little spray of silicone helps for a short while). Though, I think it would need to stick and not move for a while before tripping the breaker.

Ditto on the hot wiring. Have the same issue going in o get repairs this week. Part of wiring harness wiring gets very hot...constant amp draw and I am told that this Lippert system has had problems like this on some models (mine is 2015) and that the problem is a diode in the cable and that REVISED cables to correct the system have been made available. The "brain" circuit board near the harness/pump will need to be identified for Lippert if you attempt to fix yourself. Mine is siliconed under a plastic shroud on the top of the hydraulics compartment...but I'm letting the pros handle it. Good luck.

Thanks for the help - I've ordered a new Circuit Breaker BECAUSE 90% of the time the ACTUAL problem is the Circuit Breaker, a fuse, or a filter. Also, neither the wires or the circuit breaker was warm to the touch at all. Thanks again

Just to be clear...the HOT to the touch wires are nowhere near the breaker. They are on the pump assembly. If the breaker replacement does nothing...check out the tiny wires connected to the pump mechanism for heat.
