Have you checked your paperwork on the film? I think some of it may have a lifetime warranty, not sure. I know they will come to your house to fix it.

This is true, but only to the original owner, it was not transferrable

I seen one at Goshen than 2-3 guys working two days to replace the Diamond Shield on the Berkshire. That was a Forest River fix. Good luck.

Search the Internet for "Diamond Shield" and contact them directly, they will have one of their authorized dealers replace or fix it free. Ours came with a lifetime warranty.

Since everyone is having a bad time with Diamond Shield, I thought I would express my positive experience with it. We have a 2013 Georgetown XL and haven't had a problem with it other than protecting the front end and side of our motor home. The bugs come right off of it and rocks don't seem to penetrate it. We camp off road frequently and Diamond Shield has saved the automotive paint. I would have it put on my motor home again should the opportunity arise again.

I am betting Carmen nailed the problem here !!!
