So I noticed last night before going to bed that closet where the washer and dryer would go has a fish Oder coming from it. I inspected inside there was a screw in end cap loose on one of the pipes so I tighten that thinking that might be where the smell was coming from but I woke up this morning and the smell is still there. Any thoughts on the matter.
If you have your drain connected to the sewer the smell is likely coming from there and just permeating back up through the coach. You Might want to poor some water down that drain tube to make sure the trap has water in it to help stop the smell.

Just so I'm clear because I'm new to the motor home life you are referring to the pipe with the cap on it with the elbow on the bottom as the drain pipe?

That picture looks to me like something is missing! Washing machine? Sink? Or (hopefully) a Wet Bar? There are hot and cold water lines and a drain with P trap. The screw on top of the standpipe I believe to be an air vent. As was suggested, the trap in the standpipe needs water in in to keep sewer smells out.
If you are not using the plumbing in there, the trap will not have water in it to block the tank gases from coming p. Pour about 2 cups of water into the pipe with the trap.

Yes, the drain with the elbow on it. Usually the smells should travel up the vent pipe that goes out to the roof, but it is possible that if there is no water in the trap the odors are coming back up through the drain pipe as well.
