I have a 2014 GT 328TS that has been in for repair several times (under warranty) due to issues with the main slide's flexible conduit. Under the TV, at floor level, it the slide electrical wires wrapoed in flexible conduit. The conduit is supposed to exit through the floor as the slide is extended, but rarely makes it through without bunching up in a big wad. This has caused the conduit and the carpeted housing at floor level to break apart a couple of times, and repaired. The last "fix" by the dealer was to mount a metel piece at the hole in the floor meant to guide the conduit through the hole, but it doesn't work as intended.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or suggest a better fix?
I've attached a picture that shows the carpeted housing and part of the metal guide installed as a "fix".
Thanks!
