Floor Ducting

Does anyone know what the holes are for in the floor furnace ducting? These holes are roughly 1.25" in diameter, exposed to the open underneath the coach and certainly allow bugs, maybe mice to get into the coach. I thought maybe drain holes but for what escapes me.

Probably for heating the underbelly to prevent freezing.

Post a picture of what your talking about. Should be no holes in the flexible duct work.

Kind of hard to get a picture of it. But if keeping the bottom area from freezing is what they are for, I am closing them off. We don't use the RV during freeze conditions. ~Thanks!

Oh man! This is like having the electricity go off while watching a movie. So many questions, so many theories. What is the end of the story. Did the butler do it???? Now we're just hanging.
