Our floor was completely replaced and has held up well. More than six months now. I agree on the mystery 200 point inspection... Best of luck with your repairs.

I just pick my MH up today after dealer replaced all my flooring. The new tile that FR sent is the same colour and pattern but is a lot thicker. Looks to be a really good job so hope it stands up to life on the road.

How long did it take to get FR. to authorize, ship flooring and get it installed?

I don't think it was very long once the dealer finally figured out that they didn't have matching tile in stock. Took a bunch of pressure, but then seemed to happen quickly. We had early 2014 tile. It was discontinued so it was replaced with late 2014/2015 tile. Truly believe our delays were the dealers issue.

How long did the Dealer have your coach for repairs on the floor?

They took about five days to fix our floor. The dealer brought in flooring specialist to do the repair.

Have you weighed your RV since they replaced it? Curious how much usable weight is left for cargo.

Well, we have had the coach in at the shop for over a month now. The front slides had the wrong screws installed in the slide nylon glides. Someone installed pan head rather than flat head and they gouged the tiles. they are waiting now for the third week for replacement tiles. paid two payments now without ever sing the coach...frustrating...
